DIGITAL SOLUTIONS TOOLS
Your data.
Clear boundaries.
How Digital Solutions Tools handles your information.
Tool inputs and results
Deterministic tool inputs, including text, PDFs, CSV, images, QR content, and URLs are processed in this browser tab. The app does not upload these inputs, store them in a database, or save them in browser storage. Resetting a tool or closing its tab discards its in-memory state. Your browser may retain form values through its own session recovery features.
Local preferences
Favorites, recently opened tool IDs, and your light/dark theme preference are saved in browser local storage. Tool input and output are not saved there.
Downloads and clipboard
Downloads are saved to your device only when you choose to download them. Clipboard content remains on your device until replaced, and other applications or clipboard managers may retain it. QR codes can contain sensitive details such as Wi-Fi passwords; anyone with the code can read them.
You can clear favorites and recent tool names from Manage saved tools on the home or directory page, or disable recent history there. These lists synchronize only across tabs on this site.
Page requests and cookies
Page requests, including directory search terms, go to the Laravel server. Do not put sensitive data in directory search. Laravel uses first-party session and CSRF cookies for normal page functionality. File sessions expire after 120 minutes of inactivity and are removed through probabilistic cleanup; expiry is not an exact deletion deadline. The app includes no analytics, ads, third-party fonts, or third-party processing calls.
Operational logs
Web servers may log IP addresses, page paths, search queries, and timing. Application error logs rotate daily with a seven-day retention setting. Deterministic tool input is not included in requests or application logs. Hosting access-log retention must be established before any future public launch.
